Can automations run overnight, on weekends, and on holidays?
Yes. We can configure automations around the schedule or business event you choose, including outside normal working hours. We account for time zones, connected systems, and any steps that need human review, and agree how retries and alerts should handle a run that needs attention.
Does every automation need AI?
No. We use AI only when the work needs it. We compare scripts, existing integrations, rules-based tools, and AI around the capability required, reliability, and the total cost to build and operate the automation. The goal is the right solution for your business.
How do you assess the return on an automation?
We compare the time and rework it could reduce with the costs to build, run, and maintain it. We also consider opportunity cost: what your employees could accomplish with the time they get back. Recovered hours can reduce labor needs or create capacity for higher-value work; they do not automatically mean a smaller payroll.
Can an automation run locally instead of in the cloud?
Yes, depending on the systems and workflow involved. We evaluate local and cloud deployment around access, connectivity, operating costs, and how the process will be maintained.
