When does custom software make sense?
Custom software is worth considering when an important workflow cannot be supported well by existing products or integrations. We compare the fit, implementation effort, and ongoing responsibilities before recommending a build.
Do you sell the registration system or ATS shown on the site?
No. The convention registration system and applicant tracking system are completed bespoke projects, shared as examples of our capabilities. We do not offer those exact systems as products. For your business, we assess the problem and scope an approach that fits, which may involve existing tools, an integration, or a new custom application.
Can you integrate with our version of QuickBooks?
That needs to be confirmed during scoping. QuickBooks products and account setups have different integration options. We review your version and the data flow you need before committing to a specific solution.
Do we have to replace our existing software?
Not necessarily. A focused application or integration may be enough to fill the gap. We look at what already works and define how the new piece should fit around it.
How long does a custom application take?
The timeline depends on scope, integrations, data readiness, and the review process. We identify dependencies and agree on milestones once the requirements are clear.
