Data automation · Reporting · Dashboards
From disconnected data to useful dashboards.
We build custom automations that collect, organize, and deliver the information your business needs. That can mean connecting through APIs, collecting data from authorized websites and portals, or turning CSV exports into reports and dashboards. We work with businesses in Conroe, The Woodlands, Houston, and Huntsville.
Let’s talk about your projectSpend less time preparing the report. Put the information to work.
Downloading files, combining columns, and rebuilding the same spreadsheet takes time away from using the results. We begin with the questions your team needs answered, then work back to the data and the most practical way to collect it. We choose tools around reliability and the cost to build, run, and maintain the solution.
Collect data through APIs
Where a system offers an API, we can build an authorized connection to retrieve the required data. We account for permissions, vendor limits, data formats, and the refresh schedule. Our development experience includes custom Java automations and ETL tools for moving information between systems.
Automate website & portal data collection
When there is no suitable API, we can evaluate browser automation or website scraping for data your business is authorized to access. We review the permitted access method, sign-in requirements, and how changes to the website could affect the automation before recommending an approach.
Turn CSV exports into reports & dashboards
We can process CSV and spreadsheet exports, standardize formats, combine relevant records, and flag exceptions. The resulting data can feed a report or dashboard designed around your needs. If an export still needs to be supplied manually, we make that step clear and automate the processing that follows.
POS & franchise reporting
We help operators explore reporting from the POS and franchise systems they already use. Available APIs, portal access, and exports determine what can be collected. Our completed work includes a Java automation that brings a Subway franchisee’s LiveIQ data into custom reporting and dashboards.
Reporting that fits your schedule
We can schedule processing around the availability of your data, including nights, weekends, and holidays. We agree how to check data quality, show refresh timing, and handle missing files or failed runs. AI is included only when it adds value to a defined part of the work.

Bring the report you need and the data you have
- The business questions the report or dashboard should answer.
- The source systems and any available API documentation or sample exports.
- Which locations, date ranges, and records belong in the report.
- How often the source updates and when your team needs the results.
- The checks, exceptions, access permissions, and maintenance the workflow needs.
Good questions. Clear answers.
A little more clarity.
Can you automate reporting without an API?
Sometimes. We can evaluate exports, browser automation, or website data collection where your business has authorized access. The source system’s rules, sign-in process, and reliability determine the options. Some workflows may still need a person to provide an export.
Can CSV exports become dashboards?
Yes. We can build a process that reads CSV exports, organizes and checks the data, and feeds a custom dashboard or report. We define how files arrive and make missing or outdated data visible.
Can you build reporting for other franchise businesses?
We can evaluate it where the operator has authorized access to the necessary POS or franchise data. The available fields, exports, APIs, and access permissions determine the scope. The LiveIQ project is an example of completed work; each new system needs its own assessment.
Do you build custom Java automations?
Yes. Our experience includes custom Java automation for a Subway franchisee’s LiveIQ reporting. We choose the language and tools for each new project based on the systems involved, reliability, and ongoing costs.
Does automated data collection require AI?
No. API connections, browser automation, and CSV processing can often be handled with conventional code and clear rules. We use AI only when a specific part of the task benefits from it.
Can you repair an existing reporting automation?
We can review it. Share the source systems, current behavior, available code or documentation, and an example of what is failing. We assess whether repair, configuration changes, or a replacement is the most practical approach.
